Maurooth Company controls Buniyan customer data. We collect account, contact, requirements, signature, contract, payment and file data needed to provide services and meet legal duties. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Buniyan. Hosting, authentication, AI and payment processors may process necessary data under appropriate agreements and safeguards. Project data is not used for marketing without a lawful basis. Access controls protect data; retention is limited to contractual needs and statutory periods, followed by deletion or anonymization. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia must satisfy the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, its regulations and transfer requirements.
