Refund and cancellation policy

The deposit is fully refundable if the project is cancelled before work begins. After work begins, the portion corresponding to uncompleted work is refundable based on documented completion within the contract scope. No refund applies after delivery and acceptance, without limiting mandatory statutory rights. Submit cancellation and refund requests to the published legal email. Requests are reviewed against the contract and work record. Refunds are not automatic; the customer is informed of the decision and repayment method.
